The first three months, at a glance
At 3 am nobody wants to search the internet. This poster puts the answers on the wall: how often to feed, how to sleep safely, how many wet nappies to expect, how warm the bath should be, and when a fever means “call the doctor now”.
Checked, not copied from a blog
We wrote every line from the current advice of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the CDC, the NHS and The Lullaby Trust, and checked each figure against them in November 2026. The sources are printed at the bottom of the poster. It is general guidance for healthy babies born at term, and it never replaces your doctor, midwife or health visitor.
